No, it wasn’t a scheduling mistake. Last night’s episode of “NCIS” was supposed to be an original, called “Tribes.” But CBS decided at the last minute to hold off airing it until next month, sources told Post correspondent David Finnigan yesterday. “Tribes” was the last “NCIS” completed before the writers’ strike kicked in, so it’ll be something new for strike-fatigued viewers when it airs in January.
